Workforce retention survey
The CC3N have just published their national adult critical care nursing workforce retention survey report, with the support of Roxy our data analyst, who helped the CC3N with the analysis of the data.
This report builds on the survey and report completed within the Thames Valley & Wessex and Kent, Surrey & Sussex Networks (link to publication on our website) and highlights some key factors which impact retention across our critical care units.
