Kent, Surrey and Sussex Adult Critical Care Operational Delivery Network Leadership study event
Kent, Surrey and Sussex Adult Critical Care Operational Delivery Network hosted 36 senior critical care nurses to a Network Leadership study event at the Copthorne Effingham hotel on the 16th of March, 2023.
The event was provided following the feedback gained from the Network's 2022 Conference which conveyed the need to support the professional competence of Critical care shift leaders. The topics covered at the leadership event ranged from clinical skills to ensure effective leadership and safety in critical care to topics on resilience, wellbeing and empowering leaders.
